Today I start a well deserved 2 week break from work. Elina is also off of school and daycare until January 5th as well.
Elina calls me paparazzi – its kind of hard to take photos of her lately. I’ll take some of her during the break. Really.
I just have to shout it very loudly that the cancer she had has all been removed. I still have no updates on the next steps. I’m no surgeon and if it hadn’t spread to the lymph nodes, what do they radiate or treat if nothing is there? She may still need hormone [...]

Elina had her first sleepover last night. Started off as a Christmas party with many of her school friends and their parents. Elina fell asleep very quickly after we got her in her jammies .. She needed her bunny and her thumb and she was out like a light.
