Little Vespa Lover and a Fairy Princess

My daughter LOVES my Vespa. I took her for a little spin up and down our driveway and she enjoyed every second.

We borrowed (actually Elina refused to take it off) Stella’s fairy outfit and she danced around like a little fairy princes – up and down the driveway:

At the end of this day, [...]

Isn’t It Sad When 22C is a Cool Summer Day in Toronto?

Its cooled off a bit in Toronto – down to a bone-chilling 22c – What a hoot when people think that this is cool. I mean it is compared to our usual 30c+ with up to 40c+ with humidex. I love it when its this temperature. Nothing is sticky. You can see [...]

Another Doozie of a Storm

So today, I look out over my cubeville at work to see the darkened clouds. I check the Weathernetwork’s website to see – Severe Thunder Storm Watch – GTA. I inform someone at work that I’d be leaving, get in and drive. Its muggy but still ok. 5 blocks east, [...]

Happy Father’s Day

Today started off with the following wishs from Herman. To have his breakfast at home, to go for coffee, a walk at the Brickworks.   We called Norway to wish Pappi a Happy Father’s Day (surprised as usual as Norwegians celebrate Father’s Day at a different time of the year).  Then, he had to go [...]
