A Diary of An Ordinary Family Doing Ordinary Things ….
Herman took Elina to the brickworks this afternoon for a walk and I was amazed at how much laundry and work I was able to do while they were gone. Having a laundry room – it tends to get filled and we end up with mountains of Anker family laundry, actually, alps of Anker family laundry, since we can get it behind a closed door it tends to pile up! Sunday’s are usually quite busy with household stuff. We coffee, play, groceries, cook, clean, sort out clothes that don’t fit anymore (got to do that today). We have a few weeks to prepare for our guests (Anders from Norway and my mom and the gang from Northern Ontario).
Herman’s got my battery for Betty (aka my Vepsa) charged and will put it in this week and hopefully I’ll be riding in the next week or so! (Wishful thinking) Happy Spring Forward Weekend to the Europeans – have fun adjusting to the 1 hour loss of sleep, it seemed to be throwing off a lot of people at work!
Thanks for dropping by - please email me at d_anker@me.com if you have any questions.

Hey there… just thought I’d drop a few lines to say that I like the new look of your web page!
I haven’t been here in a little while… Alyssa’s keeping me busy especially with her walking now. Elina sure is beautiful… I can’t wait till I can see her again. She certainly looks like Isaac in some pictures eh? Wow!
Anyhow… give my best to Herman and talk to you soon.
Love and hugs,
Melissa
